Alexis

Alexis is Spruce's sister — the quiet half of a brave little pair. She is with us still, and several of the products in the kitchen are named for her.

When Spruce was here, evenings belonged to the two of them: snuggles on the couch, her quiet company through every one of his hard days. After he passed, she carried his absence the way only a sister could. She still does.
